My babies promise!

Cardio Recovery! I am almost starting to dislike it, because I want to do more! Insanity!!! I made the comment this morning, that so far it is the only work out yet that I am able to wear my glasses. Its that easy!

Matthew joined me today, but has had the past few days off and is going out of town for the next five days. I warned him about the cowboy platters! I don't think he was listening.... His next work out is going to be the test!

I made it down to my sister's house today and spent some time with Jaxon! He is just too cute for any words to describe! I also picked up P90X and have been doing some research on hybrid Insanity and P90X work out schedules. I have not made up my mind what I am going to do. I want to finish Insanity the way the program is set out. What I think I am going to do, is finish Insanity all 63 days in the morning like I have been doing and maybe adding one or two days a week of P90X workouts when I feel like it, in the evening. Then when I am done with the 63 days either do a hybrid schedule or a full P90x workout. I am a cardio junkie so I will make my mind up when the day comes!

I picked up a 12 pack on my way home from my sisters, because I realized my week of no beer is long over! What have I been waiting for... I love cleaning my house and drinking an ice cold beer. I hate to admit it but I LOVE BEER!

I was a little disappointed today to find out that Odin's dad picked up smoking again. Just hope he keeps the second hand smoke away from my little one. I talked with Odin about smoking today and told him, Quiting was one of the hardest things I have ever done. It really was. I am very happy with my hard work and continue to live a healthy smoke free life! I told Odin, he is tooo NEVER smoke and if he ever gets caught, I will have him volunteer in a cancer ward. He said that he crosses his heart, Momma I will never smoke!

But I love Beer!

Day 17! Saturday! Fun day! Well its before noon and I have not made it to work yet but Matt and I did do two workouts of Insanity! I am starting to think that I may be actually going Insane! All I think about all day long is this work out and losing weight and getting stronger and what I am going to do after day 63 is over.... I am nutty! I totally get obsessed with things and I try not to, but it never fails.

This is with anything and everything! I can't just get a new cd and listen to it once. I listen to it over and over and over and over and over again. Like my old cd's don't even exist. I pick up running and can't just run for fun... I aim for a marathon and run till I break my leg! I can't just take my kid to kick ball, I have to coach. Then I just can't coach I have to be the commissioner. Then I can't just be Trish the Commish, I HAVE to be a board member of the youth association. Humm maybe my addictive personality over takes every aspect of my life! I even brush my teeth like a nut, takes me 30 mins to get my routine done just on my teeth three times a day, I go to the dentist like 15 times a year ( I am not kidding!) Man, I am realizing I am a nut ball! Seriously! I can't even just like animals, I have to be a vegetarian and volunteer at the animal Shelter. Man, I am surprised Matthew puts up with me.... or KEEPS up with me! HAHA He just calls me a donkey and then smiles! I think he is jealous of my obsessive behavior he just does not want to admit it!

Anyway we kicked tail today with Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. The Cardio Abs video is 16 minutes long and fairly simple! Although my back hurt more then my abs burned. I don't think I have the "C position" down right! My form sucks! Butt we did it! I was drenched in sweat today! LIKE OMG A LOT of sweat! I love it!!!!

Today is my mom and dad's 39th anniversary, and I have to say, I am so blessed that have two parents that love each other so much. They have taught me how to live, laugh and love! They have taught me to be real and honest. Love is not always great, times are not always easy. The money is not always there. The words are not always nice. But the one thing I know is family will always be there no matter how crappy things are, no matter how hard something is, no matter how little money you have, no matter how harsh the words are, family are the diamonds of life, unbreakable! Mom and Dad you taught me more then you will ever know just by loving each other! Love you!

I have asked Matthew to come up with an idea of what to do today/tonight... We will see! At this very moment I need to eat, I am starving!!! Goals for this week... lose a pound, and drink no beer! But I love Beer! This is gonna be a tough one!
