I hope you all did not miss me too much! Last I bloged was Monday, and that was the last decent day I have had. Tuesday , I woke up with a pounding head ache! My alarm went off and I decided I would wait till after work to do the work out due to the fact every inch of my body hurt. Well, I did not get much better. I came home that night and went to bed! Woke up Wednesday, with about as much energy I needed to get Odin off to school, went back to bed and slept until 11:00. I basiclly laid up on the couch all day. This is the last time I will go without a flu shot! I was on antibiotics when I went for mine, and they said no way, Jose! I think I have had the flu all winter long!
Anyway, today I also woke up feeling terrible so I slept in and did my fit test at night! I did better than expected! I still feel crappy, but I pushed thru and did at least that part of the work out, which is no joke by the way! I know if I was feeling 100%, I would have had better numbers than I came up with, due to the fact it felt like even the blood in my toes was rushing up to the top of my head, and out my ears, every move I made. I feel as if tomorrow (my 30th bday) I will be able to wake up and manage thru insanity!

So as you can see my fitness level is definately improving! I know I can do even better than that! I have only one more more Fit test to go and that is on the last day of the program!
Incase you wonder ,why the picture? it is my way of showing my excitement for The Avett Brothers(my fav), and my awesome boyfriend is taking me to see them in May in Pittsburgh and in Ohio!!! So excited!
