Wow day three!!!!! I had some company this morning. Matthew and his oldest son, Thomas joined me. Matt made it all the way thru and Thomas made it with 15 mins to go. Which for a 12 year old who just jumped in, that is pretty impressive! We all were up past midnight, which for Insanity is a big mistake, but a rookie mistake!
I woke up at 9:30 with a phone call from my brother saying he is outside ready to pick up Elijah (nephew) Snap, I should have had the poor kid eat breakfast! Sorry Elijah.
So for Christmas, Matthew and I took the boys, Thomas, Alex, Odin, and Elijah to the Sixers-Bulls game. We had fun, sort of! There was moments where I just wanted to run away from the spoiled little boogers. But once the game stated they relaxed and enjoyed themselves. Also my brother had an all you can eat ticket. He let me use it to feed the kids. Well they only let you take four things each time, so lets just say...... I spent most of the time going up and down the steps back and forth from the food stand to our seats. Which was so hard on my VERY sore legs!
This morning when I woke up, I felt muscles that I never felt before in my life!!! I was soooo sore I was actually fearful of getting out of bed!!! I need to take some Advil and maybe get some Ben-gay! I am happy to say I am not in ANY kind of pain, just extreme muscle fatigue. Since I have a history of knee problems I have decided to start taking Glucosamine Chondroitin, which was a moral dilemma for me. See I am vegetarian and that contains Shrimp Crab, and Crayfish. But I all ready own it ,and from my running (see last post) I was literally breaking my leg running. So I want to protect my knee.
Well the work out was I think a bit easier then yesterday, but still intense. I was dead on the floor when it was over! UGHHH dead on the floor! Matt had a head ache again from the work out but I think that is because he may have sinus congestion at the moment!
Tomorrow is Cardio Recovery and Sunday! Can't wait, I hope it is easy! I don't think Shaun T can do anything easy! I am just hoping I can move!!!! I LOVE IT!!!
