So I did Plyometric Cardio Circuit today! My alarm went off and I DID not want to get up, Odin's school had already called and closed school and woke me up so it was not as hard as I expected it to be! The getting up part but NOT the work out part. I did not give 100%. I was queasy and was half occupied with the notion that I may have caught Odin's illness! All is good in that department but I know I could have done the work out better! I promise I will give it all I got tomorrow! I also had to shovel my drive because we did get like 10inches of snow last night. My back is really doing a number on me but I will live. Nothing a little bit of icy hot can't fix!
I am sure my back hurts also because I did a lot of driving today too, and I am not of fan!
So I also and spending my Mother and Son night tonight so I got to go baby! See you tomorrow!
