Hey Now Hey Now My boyfriend is back!

Guess what, ANOTHER ice storm. At least it is a Saturday and Matthew made it home from his week long trip down south! I wish I was with him. I am just disgusted of winter! I am happy to have Matthew home! If I had cabin fever alone...... I would be extremely bored and probably drunk!

Now to Insanity! Thursday was my first day of Core Cardio and Recovery! It really is not all that bad. The warm up and stretch is very different then what is in month one. You notice that RIGHT away! It is a very nice change. Yet I am glad this dvd is only used for six days because I know I would get bored of it. Once the stretch is done you go into about 16 different moves that you do each for about a minute. Some are way harder than others. The last three moves get me every time. My muscles burn deeply! It ends with a plie squat and you stick your arms out like a bird (of course I was thinking of Black Swan) and do quick movements up and down (like your flying) . Then he has you keep arms straight and bring then forward then back, then he has you do above your head, THEN he has you keep arms still and roll shoulders back then you have to roll your shoulder forward ALL the while your still in your squat for like over three minutes. YOU KNOW WHY THIS IS CALLED THE SHOULDER BURNER!!! Then your done and go right into the cool down! I feel pretty good when this work out is done. Shaun T reminds you through out the work out that this is your recovery and you should not exhaust your self. Focus on your core!

Matt cramped up a lot during the work out. One, because he had a week of traveling and two because we had pretzels at Walmart then he shoveled a few Jalapeno pretzels down his face RIGHT before we started.... Not a good idea!

So we rented two movies The Town and Red, I will let you know what I think of them. But now to the driveway... or ice rink. I don't know what is more insane Shaun T or my driveway! (it is now two ice storms deep because I ignored it the last time)
