Awe what a wonderful birthday! I love every single person in my life! I am super excited for my new mat that Matt bought me! It is really going to help me with my plank and ground moves! He said once he saw it he knew he had to get it for me! I also got a blender from my kick ass co workers and friends! I have been wanting one for a very long time! I really was not expecting anything from anyone today and I sure got a lot of love and presents! I was sooooo surprised!
I did not do Insanity early this morning, I was enjoying my first moments of my new chapter called MY 30s! My bed was soooo comfy and it just felt so nice to lie awake in my bed and just listen to the love of my life breath ...and know that I found the one person I can fall in love with every day over and over again. I love that I love him! Does that make any sense?
So I did Insanity after work... well most of it. I was attempting to cook diner, do laundry and Insanity all at the same time! INSANE right, That is what I call being a mom! I was over half way thru and I was attempting to run down stairs and start a load of laundry between circuits and that is when Odin decided to argue with me about dinner, and my parents walked in, HAha I was dripping in sweat and was NOT ready for them to be there. I did sort of lose track of time! Now that is also what I call being a mom! So, needless to say I did not get to finish, neither did my wash but that is a whole nother story!
At least I did it! Even if I did half,,, I did it, knowing that maybe I can only do some or maybe all. On a Friday, On my birthday, on a week that I could have screamed about, I still did it! You know what I mean. That is the part of me that I am really enjoying! The pre-Insanity Trish would have NEVER got in a work out , if I knew it was maybe not going to finish, or on a Friday, or a Friday that happens to be my birthday! I love Insanity!
Well my day was perfect till my son turned evil! EVIL EVIL EVIL!
